District Manager Kevin Parsons brought LT-400, our new light
tanker, to the Station on Thursday, October 30, 2008.
He handed over the new appliance to the Brigade after running the Members present
through a thorough induction.
This new beast is a V8 turbo Toyota Landcruiser. Some of the new features
includes LED warning lights,
a new siren/light module, new pump set, jerry cans for pump and drip-torch fuels
and more visible markings.
We trust it will make a very good addition to our operational capabilities.
